Kingston Mouldings in the UK make a very nice fiberglass moulding with detailed plans. He has since retired but you may be able to get a hull from him. kingston.rw@ntlworld.com,
Also Pusser's Carribean Grille in Indianappolis MD has the 4 foot model if you can travel there and get permission to take measurements.
Also, i have a diagram of a scaled Dummy Boiler drawn from movie photos. Just google African Queen Dummy Boiler Plans and you should find the image also stay away from the Billings Model, way out of scale and resembles how the boat looks today. Most people forget the bows foredeck was made longer to to mast. In the movie you can see about a 2 foot space. Three boats were used in the film. One had the hull cut at the waterline and it was bolted to rafts. One was cut at midsection and both halves were used for closeups and special effects. And one used for distace scenes on the river and lake, it survives in Key Latgo today. The person in Africa who claims to have the original actually has the one that was cut at the hull line and discarded. Remember, the real boat is slightly under 30 feet and about 8 feet wide.
